- Shipping your package
Packages are usually shipped within 1-2 days after payment is received. They are shipped via Divers Carrier with a tracking number and delivered with or without signature depending on the product. Packages can also be delivered to a relay point after an unsuccessful delivery attempt. You also have the choice to use the EXPRESS transport delivery in 24H working day, Please contact us if necessary, or simulate the costs before choosing this delivery method, because it incurs additional costs. Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online. We reserve the right to modify the carrier to adapt the quality of delivery to the product transported!
The minimum amount invoiced for shipping costs is € 4.90 unless a voucher for shipping costs is used. for all orders over 65 € the shipping costs are Free.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped with the most suitable package, but special attention is paid to fragile objects, insurance is included but can only be implemented in the event of a mandatory verification of the package upon receipt.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Repackaged or recycled packaging can be used to protect your product during transport; on the packaging, an image or identification external to the package may be visible unrelated to the product ordered.
- Return policy
You can return most new and unopened items within 14 days and up to 30 days * of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error ** (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive the refund within four weeks of delivering your package to the sender. however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
If you need to return an item, just log into your account, view the order using the link in the "My Account" menu and click the Return Items button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
